Behold the power of the flatiron. I don’t think that either my wife or I could ever be able to attaint the hair styles that we do without such nifty hair styles defining devices. It makes me wonder what they used in the past, before such awesome styling devices were around, to get hair to lay straight and prone, like my wife and I use flatirons for. I can tell you one thing – with how crazy and puffy my hair is, without flatirons for my hair styles, I would look like Screech from the popular 90s TV sitcom, Saved by the Bell. But thankfully for me, and my wife, we are able to get the hair styles that we desire by simply using flatirons to wisp through the strands of hair and straighten them out as desired. Another thing that I have learned about getting the hair styles I want is that I always ask for layers when I go to get my hair cut. Lately, I have been really lucking out, as a good friend who is a professional hair stylist actually comes over and cuts our hair for us. This allows us to really experiment with many different hair styles without having to pay salon prices!
